Grandpa Wood

What a sweet reunion these two wonderful people must have had yesterday. I've been so lucky to have my grandparents for a good portion of my life. Although I will miss my grandpa, I know that he missed his sweetheart, and I'm grateful in knowing they are together again. Families are forever!

I will always remember Grandpa playing the Boogie Woogie on the piano. We'd always want him to play it again and again. He loved popcorn and has passed that love on to his family. Grandpa always was an entertainer and would want to fire up the grill whenever anyone came over. He was kind and loving to those around him. Grandpa was the first to meet my husband and a witness at our wedding. I'm so glad I had this short time on earth to spend with him.

My blog has been neglected for awhile, and I feel like that's okay. Life has been crazy, busy, and wonderful.
