Good Advice

"How you think your life will go and how it actually goes will be different. Don't regret the choices you make." --J. Watkins

This is the only thing I wrote down one fall day as I sat in Econ 101. Loved that class.

Jeannie, as in I Dream of

Jeannie, oh Jeannie. What can I say? Jeannie and I have been best friends for quite some time now, although I'm not sure when we actually became friends. Some things just are. Jeannie and I have very different tastes when it comes to just about everything. Some things we can agree on are shoes, music, food, and the occasional movie. However, we now have the same pair of sizzling hot sunglasses. They have zebra-like chrome stripes on the sides. I know, huh! Sexy. This may be the only time we're seen together with them, but who knows! We have both managed to keep our Scary Eyes on our keychains for about six years. Maybe we also like things that have to do with eyes. Scary Eye key chains and Sexy Sunglasses.

Small Spaces

Here is Krystle Cook, sitting in one of the smallest hotel bathrooms I have ever seen. EVER. Yep, it's true. Her bottom is on the seat while her head rests on the sink. I know you can sense her distress. Did I mention it was tiny? In contrast, the room was quite nice. Good times.

Back to Nature

This past weekend, I was able to spend some time up in Morgan. I stood by a campfire and enjoyed the darkness of the night and the brightness of the millions of stars. It was beautiful and breathtaking. There's something about being up in the mountains and having seeing the beauty of the world around me that just brings joy to my soul. I love looking up at the night sky and thinking about the wonders of the universe and the creation of it all. Sitting around a campfire not only warms my body but my soul. Life seems once again simple and unhurried. In these quiet moments are when I find the greatest peace.

The Truth

I've been away and busy. I've accomplished small things and ignored others. It's been a crazy few weeks. But, the truth is that I really haven't felt like blogging.
